Teni Is Not Bothered About How She Looks – Says Manager

Teni was also a victim of the Loose Talk Podcast last week when Osagie Alonge opined that the Dr Dolor Entertainment artist was better off as a songwriter than a singer.

Osagz made the remarks saying her looks and body size would be a problem to her in rapidly climbing the ranks in the music industry.

Speaking to Sunday Scoop over the incident, Teni's manager Edobor Redman said the artiste and the rest of the team cared less about the remarks.

“It is normal and everyone has their different opinions on an issue or about an individual. In a way, it was good for Teni too, as it has made her more popular among Nigerians. An opinion of someone cannot stop Teni's focus”, he said.

Mr Edobor said ever since the podcast was aired and taken down, Osagie has reached out to apologize to Teni over what he had said.

“You know Teni has crazy fans; all the reactions online were in our favour. We were just relaxed about it and we didn't need to say a word. They have been sending people who know us to beg us and I think he (Osagie) tried to reach us himself too.”
